How can I order from euro-star?
- You can easily buy your favourite euro-star products online at www.euro-star.de/nl. Select the product, choose the desired colour and your size, and order quickly. There are various payment methods available.
What if the product I want is out of stock in my size?
- Our collections are seasonal, so if we no longer have a product in stock, it unfortunately won’t be restocked. However, since we also supply various equestrian shops, it’s possible that it’s still available in a store. It’s best to note the article number of the product you want and use our store locator. Call the shop near you to ask if they have the product in stock.
What are the shipping costs?
- The shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95. Delivery to Belgium costs €5.95.
Which countries can I have my order delivered to?
- At the moment, we only deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium.
When will I receive confirmation of my order?
- You will receive an order confirmation via email within a few minutes after completing the payment process. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
- If you order on weekdays before 15:00, the order will be dispatched the same day. Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1-2 working days. Delivery to Belgium takes about 2-4 working days.
Can I cancel my order?
- The ordering process in our webshop is fully automated, so it is not possible to cancel an order.
Can I change my order or my address?
- The ordering process in our webshop is fully automated, so it is not possible to change an order or the address.
Can I order an item and have it delivered to a shop?
- Since we do not have our own stores, it is unfortunately not possible to have an order delivered to a shop.
My package has been delivered, but I haven’t received it. Where is my package?
- At the time of dispatch, you received an email from us with a track & trace link. By clicking on that link, you can see where your package is. If it says it has been delivered but that’s not the case, please file a complaint with the carrier and then contact our customer service at online@euro-star.de.
I received the wrong item. How do I get the correct item?
- That’s unfortunate and certainly not intended! Please send us an email at online@euro-star.de with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We’d like to see the price tag of the item in the photo so we can investigate what went wrong. We will then contact you for a suitable solution!
Payments
How can I pay for my order?
- At www.euro-star.de, we offer various payment methods for your convenience. You can pay with credit card, iDeal / Bancontact / GiroPay, PayPal, and of course, also pay later with Klarna.
Can I pay later?
- Yes, you can pay later with Klarna. However, you need to have or create a Klarna account.
Can I use a discount code?
- If you have received a discount code, you can enter it during the ordering process, and the discount will be applied to your order total.
Returns & Refunds
How can I return my order?
- Go to www.euro-star.de/returns/rma/new to register your return. Select the items you want to return and fill in the reason. Complete the request and download the return label. We will also send you an email with the return label. Print it out, attach it to the package, and drop it off at PostNL. Alternatively, you can also show the label on your phone at PostNL to have it scanned, and they will print the label for you. Once we receive your return in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt. Return costs are €3.95 per shipment, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
What are the return conditions?
- If you are returning an order, please keep the following conditions in mind:
- - The products you want to return must be visibly unworn and undamaged, with the attached price tag and in suitable packaging. If the product arrives damaged, we may charge for the loss of value.
- - If the product you want to return was delivered incorrectly, was damaged upon delivery, or was damaged within the return period, please report this to our customer service before returning the product.
- - Please use the original packaging whenever possible when returning (part of) your order.
- - Finally, ensure that the return label is properly attached to the packaging and that it is placed over the old label with the barcode or order number. Please also make sure that the order number for the return shipment is visible and legible.
When will I get my purchase amount back?
- The money will be automatically refunded via the payment method you used when ordering.
Can I exchange my order?
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an order. We ask you to place a new order instead.
Why do I have to pay shipping and return costs at euro-star?
- We have set shipping and return costs to make our customers more aware of ordering and returning packages. Can you help us reduce CO₂ emissions?

- Oops, that’s not intended. We’d be happy to help you with that!

Our Products
How do I choose the right size?
- We are happy to help you determine the right size! To make it as simple as possible, we use a tool to select the right size. On the product page, you will find a button “Find your size”. When you click on it, you will be asked to enter your height, weight, and age. This information will not be stored with your personal data! You can then adjust your body shape a bit in the tool, and after that, you’ll receive a recommendation for your size. From the recommendation, you can add the item directly to your cart.
What is the difference between Silicone Grip and GripConnect?
- Silicone grip consists of strategically placed silicone patterns that provide extra stability in the saddle without making the breeches stiff. Silicone grip is flexible and lightweight, allowing you to maintain full freedom of movement while having more control over your seat. GripConnect is an innovative grip, exclusively designed by euro-star, made from elastic yarn coated with silicone. This ensures even pressure distribution and support.
How do I wash my euro-star riding breeches?
- Always check the care label in the breeches first. Ensure any zippers are closed and turn the breeches inside out. Wash the breeches at a maximum of 30 degrees. Do not use fabric softener. Remove the breeches from the washing machine immediately after the wash cycle is complete and turn them back to the right way out. Allow the breeches to air dry. Never iron the breeches, as ironing can damage the elastic threads in the fabric. The breeches should not be tumble dried.
How do I wash my euro-star clothing?
- Always check the care label in the garment first. Ensure any zippers are closed and turn the garment inside out. Wash the garment at a maximum of 30 degrees, preferably on a programme for down or wool. Do not use fabric softener. Remove the garment from the washing machine immediately after the wash cycle is complete and lay it flat or hang it to dry. Preferably do not iron, or only iron on a cool setting. Artwork made with stones, embroidery, prints, etc. is delicate and should never be ironed. Euro-Star clothing should not be tumble dried.
How do I wash my saddle pad?
- Ensure the Velcro is closed. Wash the saddle pad at a maximum of 30 degrees in a not overly full washing machine. The fuller the machine, the more likely the saddle pad is to lose its shape. Remove the saddle pad from the washing machine immediately after the wash cycle is complete and reshape it, then allow it to air dry. The saddle pad should not be tumble dried. Do not dry clean the saddle pad. After washing, do not store the pad while it is still closed. The saddle pad should not be tumble dried.
How do I keep my euro-star clothing looking good for longer?
- Always check the care label in the garment first. Do not use too much detergent. Our fabrics are tested for intensive use and remain in the best condition when the care instructions are followed. Artwork made with stones, embroidery, prints, etc. is delicate and should never be ironed. To allow for freedom of movement, almost all garments contain elastic threads. Ironing can damage these elastic threads.
How do I wash my euro-star (winter) coat?
- Always check the care label in the coat first. If the coat can be machine washed, ensure all zippers are closed and wash the coat inside out on a down or wool programme at a maximum of 30 degrees. Do not use fabric softener. Do not add other garments to the machine. Remove the coat from the washing machine immediately after the wash cycle is complete. Allow the coat to air dry on a hanger. The coat should not be tumble dried.
