We retain and use the necessary data and shall disclose these to companies related to us in order to process orders further. When processing your data your legal interests are taken into account in conformity with the legislation and regulations. This implies, inter alia, that:

–          we exclusively limit our collection of personal data to the personal data that are required for legitimate purposes;

In case you want us to stop, or do not want us to any longer use, collect or hand over your information for marketing purposes, you can revoke your approval or inform us via the contact form on www.euro-star.de or via an e-mail to our customer service online@euro-star.de. Upon receipt we will no longer use the information for marketing purposes and we will refrain from sending you related information.

We save and use the following data, if specified:

Storage of access data in server log files
You can visit our website without making personal information available. We only store access data in so-called server log files, e.g. the name of the requested file, the date and time of the request, the amount of transferred data and the requesting provider. These data are exclusively evaluated to guarantee a malfunction-free operation of the website and to improve our offer; they cannot be traced back to you personally.

Data collection and use for contract fulfilment and for opening a customer account

We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide us with this information as part of your order, when contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail) or when opening a customer account. Which data is being collected can be derived from the respective data input forms. We use the data you provide to fulfil the contract and process your inquiries. After complete fulfilment of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to a further use of your data or we reserve the right to use the data as legally permitted and as detailed below. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be performed either by notification using the contact option stated below or via a designated function in the customer account.

Data transfer for contract fulfilment

For fulfilment of the contract and insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods, we will pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the order process, we will forward payment data collected to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and to any payment service providers commissioned by us to process the payments or to the selected payment service. In the event that you create an account there, the selected payment service providers to some extent also collect this data themselves. In such case, you must register during the ordering process with the payment service provider using your credentials. The privacy policy of the respective payment service provider shall apply in such case.

Use of data when registering for the e-mail newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use the data required or separately provided by you to regularly send you our e-mail newsletter according to your consent. It is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
